    💡 Exercise Tips:

    1. Maintain correct posture: Bend your arms, keep your toes on the floor, slightly raise your head, tighten your core, straighten your spine, and align your head and back in one line.

    2. Lower your body slowly while inhaling. Pause when your chest is about 2 cm from the board, then push back up while exhaling.

    3. Recommended routine:

      • Beginners: 2 sets of 15–20 reps

      • Intermediate: 3 sets of 20 reps

      • Advanced: Adjust sets/reps based on your fitness goals
